I'm glad you found us!
The purpose of this blog is to share resources from my research and training in the classroom with fellow teachers about the important topic of communication in the classroom.
After 15 years of teaching college, I've come to believe that communication (speaking, working with groups, and critical analysis of information) is one of the most important skills our students can develop. That is true for college bound students as much as for all students.
As instructors our ability to communicate well with our students, with parents, and with colleagues is one of the most important tools we have in being successful educators, happy teachers, and dealing well our students.
I hope that you will comment, follow, and communicate. We all benefit from more communication, discussion, and collaboration with other educators.
